Howe, President of Strategica, has over 25 years of professional management
consulting experience, performing more than 87 engagements. His current
consulting practice focuses on assisting teams of client personnel
with Lean/Six Sigma process improvement, management auditing,
organizational design, and strategic planning. Previously Mr. Howe
was a consultant with Price Waterhouse for ten years, serving as the
leader of the Western U.S. public sector and utility consulting practice
at the conclusion of his tenure there. He also has prior experience
as a consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick (two years). He holds an MBA
from the Wharton Business School and a Bachelors Degree from California
